alt-php not shown
Hi,
we have alt-php installed, however in the users cpanel we don't have any option to choose from. The form menu is simply empty.
What can we do?
Thanks

Please, make sure that you have CageFS installed and enabled. 0 -
it's installed and enabled for all users. 0 -
uadm, you may try to execute shell command to check if it's available, something like: cl-selector --summary=php --user=cltest3 It will show you selected version and available versions (or will give an error if anything wrong). Also, be sure you have alt-php packages installed (post here the output of "rpm -qa | grep alt-php | wc -l "), and check lvemanager package version. 0 -
# cl-selector --summary=php --user=user 5.1 e - - 5.2 e - - 5.3 e - - 5.4 e - - 5.5 e - - 4.4 e - - native e d s # rpm -qa | grep alt-php | wc -l 250 0 -
Good, as of now you: - have cagefs installed and configured - user is inside cagefs - there are alt-php packages installed - there are different PHP versions available from command line Everything looks really good. Just one idea on top of my head - what control panel skin do you use? Could you check the same in default one ( x3 )? 0 -
we use the default one. 0 -
I believe in this case only CL technical support could help. 0
