phpMyAdmin Error

I'm getting the following error when trying to load phpMyAdmin for a user from their cPanel: [quote]#1142 - SELECT command denied to user '%user%'@'localhost' for table 'CHARACTER_SETS'
I do not know what this means.

  Hello :) Could you let us know the version of MySQL installed on your system? You can check with the following command: mysql -V

  This also only appears to be affecting this one user. At least I have tried other users and their phpMyAdmin seems to be working.

  Issue looks to be gone, although I'm not sure what I did. Perhaps the client did something.
