Best setup for migrating servers seamlessly

I currently have 2 WHM servers and 2 DNSOnly servers and the system works well. However, if I want to migrate a site from one server to another I must tell the customers (using secure mail) to reconfigure their mail settings to point at the new server hostname. Is there a simpler way to do this where migrating a site to a new server is seamless for the customer, or is the only way to run a separate mailserver? I am thinking of adding more servers at some point and just want to make sure I'm not making life difficult for myself. Thanks, Jim

  Hello :) You could have your customers setup the mail server name in their email clients as "mail.theirdomain.com" so that it continues to work no matter which server their account is hosted on. Thank you.
