"Cannot access feature list file" in backup log
I am getting errors in my backup log file, "Cannot access feature list file". The referenced file is in the location it is looking for it, but the real file has an uppercase first character. I assume this is why it is not finding it.
I am on 11.42.1.(build 3)

Hello :) I created a feature list that starts with a capital letter, but I was unable to reproduce the issue. Are you using the new backup system or the legacy backup system? Could you post the snippet of the log where this error message occurs? What version of cPanel is installed on your system? Thank you. 0 -

Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look? You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you. 0 -
Thanks, support ID is 4790595 0 -
To update, the issue was resolved by updating the feature list name to match the feature list that was actually created. It's not that capitalization is forbidden, it's that the feature list name in the cPanel user files did not match the feature list that was created. Thanks. 0 -
Hi Michael, The way I understand it the files on the server were renamed to match? Is that correct? If so how did they get to be named incorrectly in the first place? Jim 0 -
The entries for the feature list were renamed in the cPanel user files. The feature list name was left in-place. It's difficult to say how the incorrect name was used. It's possible the feature list name was manually updated at some point in time. Thank you. 0
