Enable DKIM and SPF by default?
Hello,
i see there is DKIM and SPF option in "cPanel/ Email Authentication". These are disabled for my account.
I want to ask what are reasons these options are disabled by default. And if i can globally enable them in WHM for all existing cpanel accounts and all newly created ones / if its wise?
Thank you

Please can You or anyone tell if its good idea to enable it by default? or why its not enabled by default. 0 -
Yes it's a good idea. It should be enabled by Default, just as it shows there in tweak Settings. [QUOTE] On default 0 -
Sorry to bump this thread but can you let me know why the default for SPF records is off whereas DKIM is on? I have enabled both but just wondered if there is a down side to doing that (hence the off by default) 0 -
I can't think of any downsides to enabling SPF records for all accounts unless some accounts prefer to use custom records. Feel free to open a feature request for a change in the default value of this setting: Submit A Feature Request Thank you. 0
