Mehrere PHP Versionen auf einem cPanel Server
Hallo und guten Tag :)
ich versuche mehrere PHP-Versionen auf einem cPanel Server zu betreiben. Regul"r l"uft PHP 5.4.28 auf dem Server. Nun wollte ich zus"tzlich PHP 5.3.28 per Hand installieren. Ich habe mich hierbei an diese Anleitung gehalten:

Es funktioniert auch alles soweit nur an einem Punkt habe ich etwas anderes als in der Anleitung:
[PHP]## at the bottom you"ll see a like like "application/x-httpd-php5="php:/usr/bin/php"", add the following below that line ##
application/x-httpd-php53="php:/opt/php53/bin/php-cgi"[/PHP]
Es gibt bei mir kein php-cgi sondern nur php im Verzeichnis/opt/php53/bin
Ich habe also bei mir

eingetragen.
Es ist nun so das PHP 5.3 nicht funktioniert. Will ich eine Webseite mittels AddHandler application/x-httpd-php53 .php in der .htaccess aufrufen klappt das nicht die Webseite wird nicht geparst stattdessen bietet er mir die Datei zum Download an.
Was mache ich falsch bzw. kennt jemand eine Anleitung f"r verschiedene PHP Versionen die sicher funktioniert?

Hello :) The use of multiple versions of PHP is not natively supported by cPanel at this time. You may want to consider using a third-party application such as Cloud Linux that offers a PHP Selector utility. Hallo Michael, ich weiss das cPanel das nicht nativ unterst"tzt darum habe ich ja versucht das per Hand zu installieren es ist mir nur nicht gelungen. Es funktioniert leider nicht. Das finde ich sehr schade weil unsere Webhosting-Kunden fragen das immer mehr und mehr nach. Ein Gro"teil unserer Kunden kommt von Confixx oder Plesk da sind verschiedene PHP-Versionen "berhaupt kein Problem. CloudLinux ist leider keine Alternative f"r uns da es erstens kostenpflichtig ist, was die Kosten-Nutzen Rechnung deutlich verschlechtert, und zweitens ist mit CloudLinux ein weiterer Fremdanbieter mit eigenem Lizenzmodell auf dem Server. Connection Refused: Keine Verbindung m"glich, vielleicht lief der Server da nicht Fehler 400: SSL nicht aktiviert ? Vielleicht ist auf dem PC auch eine Firewall aktiviert die Verbindungen blockiert... Gr""e Thimo Eichst"dt 0 -
