Exim not send mail

i have VPs server but EXIM not send mail itry to reset Exim configuration to the default version by chose Reset the entire Exim configuration to the default settings provided with cPanel & WHM. but i get massage say operation time out how i can solve that

  Hello :) What error message are you receiving when attempting to send out email? Are you using webmail or a desktop-based email client? Have you verified the domain name resolves to the server? Thank you.
