Those are cPanel's Locale Keys. It's likely that your locale database needs to be regenerated. Try running /usr/local/cpanel/bin/build_locale_databases

When I check the directory I get as far as /urs/local/ but there is no cpanel. So sorry I am very, very new to learning how to run via SSH. Is there another way I can do this?

As a Reseller, you may not have permission to perform that. Are you able to run cPanel updates? If so that command is run during updates. [QUOTE][20140811.080843] Processing: Ensuring locale databases are up to date [20140811.080843] - Processing command `/usr/local/cpanel/bin/build_locale_databases --quiet`

I've spoken to them and they said it's nothing that they can do :/ I'm not sure really what I can do. If one of my clients now go into cpanel and see the text like that it is going to look confusing and not very professional. Is there anyway I can update or fix this via WHM or another way?

None that I'm aware of. Your Hosting Provider is mistaken. Feel free to link them to this post of mine saying so too. Or better yet, ask them to open a ticket to cPanel on your behalf so that the cPanel Technical Support Team can set them in the right direction. Good luck with this.
