Email forwarding working only for gmail, hotmail etc

*EDITED THE WHOLE PAGE FOR WORDING/MAKES SENSE Hi all, I recently created an email account via cPanel. eg. help@mydomain.com I've been using roundcube to send/receive emails. It works great, EXCEPT that I cannot send or receive emails that have a domain name in: e.g name@adomain.com. It only seems to work for standard emails that end in @hotmail.com @gmail.com etc. What's going on?

  Hello :) Do you notice any specific error messages or entries in /var/log/exim_mainlog when the message fails to deliver? Thank you.
