Uploaded File scan

Guys. When I initially uploaded a ton of files to my test site, I received an email notification warning of potential issues. Namely, PHP files with the ability to send email. I can't seem to find the email, i must have deleted it. Is there a way to re run this file scan ?

  Hello :) This option is controlled via: "WHM Home " Server Contacts " Contact Manager" You can change the priority for "Recently Uploaded Cgi Script Mail" to modify if alerts are sent out, and to which contacts. It will only scan new uploads, not the entire filesystem:
  /usr/local/cpanel/bin/scanfornewmail

  I checked these settings and changed the cgi script mail to high. I uploaded the same files to a different account, but it didn't notify me yet. ?

  The /usr/local/cpanel/bin/scanfornewmail is ran nightly during maintenance. It's not actively scanning the server at all times. Thank you.
