    Hello :) Yes, the following entries are added by default in the Apache configuration file: AddHandler server-parsed .shtml AddType text/html .shtml Thus, SHTML files should load well. Thank you.

    Not only does it work, you can also modify these to taste, and add additional error pages if you wish too, right from your own cPanel. Open Paper Lantern, search for, Error Pages to get going.

    Error shows on the page "Directory Listing Denied This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed." There's a index.shtml file.

    Oh hey Infopro. We were uploading a new site that has .shtml extensions. We did so, but when going to the site, that error above as I mentioned shows up. Not sure if it was loaded properly or somethings wrong.

    Do you have any entries in the .htaccess file within the account's home or public_html directory? Do you have an "index.shtml" file uploaded? Thank you.

    Created a subfolder under the main account. Uploaded the files from there. There is an index.shtml on that folder. So basically it's
