How to block SMTP for some countries ?
Hello,
I am looking for a way to block SMTP for some countries. This due to the email accounts passwords being compromised by keylogger virus on their PC. So, I know I'll not fix this issue definitely, but I am sure this will reduce the negative impact on server's IP reputation since it will block bots from countries that usually sends a huge volume of spam and with which we don't have business.
I am using CSF.
Thank you in advance for your precious help.

I guess you could add country codes in CSF, however this would block the whole of china. Or another way, if you have an indication as the where the hackers are coming from, add the octets in Deny IP list. Maybe something like xxx.xxx.0.0/16 However, i'm still learning, so don't take my word for it. 0 -
Hi Keat63 and thank you for your answer. I just want to block email sending from those countries, not whole trafic. I am not sure, but I think I'll have to setup a deny per country rule on Exim itself, if this is possible of course. 0 -
