Redirect coming visitors from a specific domain name

Hello, Someone is using his domain name to redirect visitors to my website. people who type hisdomain.com will redirect to mydomain.com i can't change that redirection, but i'm trying to redirect people coming from hisdomain.com to somewhere else, maybe using .htaccess. I appreciate some help.

  I tried this method with no success, i think it works when the visitors are coming from some links on hisdomain.com, but it won't work if this domain have a redirect 301 to mydomain.com.

  Is this done for malicious intent ? Is there any gain to this person redirecting his site to yours ? Which country are the domains in ? In the UK, Nominet may be able to help.

  Hello :) You may want to send an abuse complaint to the data center that's hosting the content to ensure the behavior is stopped. Thank you.

  for malicious intent, when someone type e.g. pornxxx.com, they will be redirected to my website. I'm not from UK. I searched the internet, also i discussed this issue with GoDaddy support staff, the response was : this problem must be solved from the server side. that's why i'm posting here.

  To clarify, did you contact the data center that hosts that website, or your own hosting provider? You can make an abuse report to their data center to have the redirection removed. Thank you.
