Web Forms issue
Hey guys. I don't know how to directly describe this, and if it's actually something to do with the server. I have a domain that has a plugin which generates forms. So basically it works like any other forms. It gets filled up. Data is sent to the database and then the information gets sent to the proper email address it needs to go out to. Unfortunately, it doesn't work. The plugin developers say it's a PHP issue that the server seem to have issues reading the script to finish the process.
Is there a way to look at this said error and prove that it is on the server side? If so, how do I fix it?
Thanks! :)

Hello :) Do you notice any error messages in /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log or within the account's error_log file when this happens? Thank you. 0 -
Only errors I see are a couple of lines repeatedly pertaining to robot.txt and 404.shtml files that don't exist. Are you familiar with Gravity Forms? 0 -

Could you have them elaborate on the specific issue with PHP? For instance, is it possible specific PHP modules or a specific version is required? Thank you.0 -
To be honest, I have no clue if it is a PHP issue. That's only what the developer of the web forms thinks that's causing it. Because the web forms work on other servers. Just not on the CPanel server. 0 -
I suggest consulting with the developer to have them provide more information about the potential causes of the issue. It's difficult to pinpoint any specific reason without additional information. Thank you. 0
