Yes, it does, but for the whole server. I wish restrictions for each one /home/user separately... So if I don't travel, why should I be exposed to login attempts from China or Ukraine?

You can block China if you like, but China will find another IP in another country to use and come poke your server from there, next. There is no way to block a country for one account and not the other websites on the server.

Hello, I didn't mean that.. I am looking to find a way to this: Suppose /home/abc user, is a Peru resident. He never travels and uses every time his website services from Peru. Why he should be exposed to the attacks from all other countries of the planet? If POP/SMTP/SSH/Webmail etc access is allowed only from Peru (for this Peruvian user), this is security! So would be better if a specific country could be defined for access, on a specific /home/user in the server. In other words: "If you wish to attack my website's services, you better use an IP of my country" Is this possible?

There are no native features in cPanel/WHM that will allow you to restrict access to services from specific countries on a per-account basis. You may want to submit this as a feature request to ConfigServer. Thank you.
