  Hello, I'm able to whitelist and blacklist this IP without any problems. If you continue to have issues, I'd recommend you contacting CSF.

  You need to add the IP to the pink box. (or green if white listing) The white one is for comments. In pink add: 192.99.9.142 in white add your reason for blocking (if required)
