cphulk problem
Hey guys,
We had an issue this morning where everyone in our office could not login to their email and I could not logon to my server via the web interface.
I figured out that our ISP changed our IP address as it is dynamic this morning and after I flushed the CP HULK DB everything worked fine, my concern is our clients may have the same issue going forward.
I can't understand why it would do this though?
Apologies as this may be a stupid question however I am new to cPanel and as always I have turned to you guys for support.

If you have dynamic IP, you could create a class C or B entry. My IP at home changes almost daily, so I have a Class B entry. Not sure about the flush though, maybe one of the experts will be along shorty to advise. 0 -
