That IP address is from China so you can either block it in your firewall or block all IPs from China.

Hello :) Blocking the IP address in your firewall should address the issue. Feel free to let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you.

I am having this issue as well. In the past 24 hours, I have blocked 60 ips and counting, from all sorts of locations. I have set my controls very strict, so that I can stop them immediately, but it seems to be never ending. I assume this is some sort of bot attack. Is there a way to stop this?

Dave. The only thing i would suggest is to install CSF (if you don't already have it) and then ride it out. If you can pinpoint the attacks from a specific geo location, then temporarily blocking that geo location, might make them go away. But i wouldn't want to block this for more than a few days, unless you are 100% confident that any traffic (including emails) from that geo location is irrelevent to you. I have 1000 entries in my CSF deny list, where the oldest is currently dated August 13th (2 months old). When i've encountered these attacks, i've seen that list recycle over night.
