SQL database errors

hi i have SQL error report from my site database below. it seems happen to all the tables in my site database. could anyone help me to fix this? thank you SQL Error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ''tblwhoislog'' at line 1 - Full Query: OPTIMIZE TABLE 'tblwhoislog'

  Have you tried repairing the tables with repair table option in cpanel > mysql > repair database option.
