SpamAssassin/Exim Spam settings

We're having troubles with spam, I've tried adding some values to the local.cf for SpamAssassin, but we still seem to have some issues with it. Is there a good config out there already? Or how would we go about tuning it ourselves?

  Hello :) Do you have any additional settings enabled to help prevent SPAM beyond SpamAssassin itself? There are several options available in "WHM Home " Service Configuration " Exim Configuration Manager" that you might find beneficial (e.g. RBL blocking). Thank you.
