if I wan to use email as a service, how do i add email signup form to my website (web page) in php? do you have any tutorials or examples? this is for parked domains, or domains pointing to the server ( running wordpress multisite)

  Hello :) Could you elaborate on what type of account you are attempting to create? For instance, what service are you attempting to have users sign up for? Thank you.

  I have examples of a simple contact us form, with a very basic captcha Customer fills in a html form on your web page, confirms the captcha then this is emailed to you using PHP ? Is this the sort of thing your'e looking for ?
