WHM forced logout

Hey I"m new to this forum and searched for similiar problems but couldn"t find any threads? If there is one, please post a LINK - if not - here"s my question: While using WHM after root login the system keeps me logging out (after a few minutes) and then no immediate login is possible. it says: "The login is invalid." 2.Problem: Login into cPanel doen"t work at all :-( any ideas

  Sounds to me like you may be under brute force attack. When you do manage to connect, whitelist your IP in CPHULK, and configure "Host Access Control" Consider installing CSF firewall. [COLOR="silver">- - - Updated - - -

  thank you for the fast respond - while whitelisting my IP I was logged out - no I will try it again...

  You can also view "History Reports" in "WHM Home " Security Center " cPHulk Brute Force Protection" to verify that's indeed why your root login details have been blocked in the past. Thank you.
