hostname belongs to nobody user

It seems that my hostname belongs to user nobody Is this correct. ? I have a domain configured, which is owned by a user account, but the hostname appears to be owned by nobody. If i move the dns entries for the hostname in to the table for domainname, would the ownership move with it ?

  Hello :) Yes, that's the standard ownership value for the hostname when considering the Apache configuration file or cPanel user data information. However, note that you should not create an account for the hostname of the server. Is that ownership causing an issue or problem for your websites? Thank you.

  At the moment I have an account configured for somedomain.com, this is owned by user somedom. I've no intentions of using this domain, i bought the domain to use purely for name servers. host.somedomain.com belongs to the "nobody" user. I was curious whether or not host.somedomain.com should belong to the user somedom.

  No, it should not belong to that account if it's the hostname of the server. Thank you.
