Redirect in tweak settings

I have a test domain on my server, which has no SSL. I go to www.testdomain.com:2082, and i'm redirected to https://www.testdomain.com:2083, which flags up a cert error. In tweak settings I have "redirect to ssl" disabled and I've run /etc/init.d/cpanel start. So why does it redirect me. .vB

  Hello, Well to run the cpanel/whm with secured http..server suppose to have the shared ssl installed for it then and only then it will start successful connections with secured ports. Thank you.

  OK. I get that. But i have redirect disabled, so i don't understand why i'm being redirected to 2083

  Hello :) Check to see if have "Require SSL" enabled under the "Security" tab in "WHM >> Tweak Settings". Thank you.
