In Tweak settings >>Mail >> Initial default/catch-all forwarder destination, there's a setting for catchalls to go to system account, fail or blackhole. I guess if it were set to "fail" then the customer would receive a bounce for each one, resulting in him also having a headache. Maybe then, he might do something ?

]I have a customer that has a server in their office, they have a backup software that connects to our server and sends a backup report, but it sends it to an incorrect domain, they are sending them to "root@companyname-db" instead of their own email.

Hello :) Are the messages sent from their remote server, or are the messages sent from your cPanel server? If they are sending the message from your cPanel server, then you could setup a global filter that discards messages sent to a specific "TO" destination. Thank you.

There is a post here on a third-party URL that explains how to setup a rule to block certain types of outgoing email: [url=http://bobcares.com/blog/blocking-spoofed-mails-going-out-of-your-cpanel-whm-web-hosting-server/]Blocking spoofed mails going out of your cPanel/WHM web hosting server You would have to change the individual rule to match your specific criteria. Thank you.
