  I've never had any problems, it's been a great help to me. I'd probably give it 15 out of 10, as i'd never have managed without it.

  I'm not sure how long we'll leave this thread up, it could probably be merged into your closed thread I guess. You were provided with suggestions on the way forward and choose not to take them for some unknown reason. Starting a new thread to be disruptive now doesn't help your other issue at all.
