Hello, Do you have root access to the server to see if it's blocked by a firewall? If not, please report this to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look. If you do have root access, I suggest installing a firewall such as CSF to easily manage your firewall rules. Thank you.

I turned off the firewall and this did not effect it. Reported to web hosting provider and they just said that we "need to open up port for 2095" I spoke with our router support and they said that there should be no blocking of incoming ports. Any other suggestions?

Do you have WHM with root access, or just Cpanel. If you have WHM access, what firewall do you have installed. ? Do you have your own IP's whitelisted. I'm not sure that ping could really tell you if a port was open, just that the server responded. And ping may be blocked on the router anyway. You'd need the aid of a port scanning tool to check open ports, but then risk being blacklisted by your own firewall.

Hello, Did you disable a firewall on your computer or on your server? Do you have "root" access to this server? Thank you.
