incorrect SOA record generated by WHM ?

    Hello, The default entries are suitable. Keep in mind those are warnings, and not actual errors with your DNS zone. That being said, you can modify existing entries via: "WHM >> DNS Functions >> Edit DNS Zone" You can edit the zone templates for new domain names via: "WHM >> DNS Functions >> Edit Zone Templates" Thank you.

    MXToolbox also gave me those errors. I modified the expiry values, and seen no detrimental effects. Refresh 43200 Retry 7200 expire 1209600 minimum ttl 86400 My serial number looks like it might be based on a date. 4 digit year 2 digit month 2 digit day 2 more digits eg 2014092001, i'm not sure where or how this was generated, maybe i made it up based on this.

    So you are saying to manually edit the dns each time to make the SOA match? This happens on clusters.
