553 Relaying is not supported

Hi. Having issues with this. Emails comes in randomly. But most of the part, emails from Yahoo, Gmail can't go through and popping up with this error 553 Relaying is not supported. I've checked the domain MX records and it's there. On the CPanel WHM side though on the Advance DNS Zone editor, you can only add CNAME, A, and TXT records. Just wondering if that's an issue there. Also, I've check both IP and domain name for blacklistings, and there are none.

  Hello, Could you let us know the full bounce error that you receive when attempting to send email? Also, to clarify, is this issue when sending email or receiving email? Do you have root access to this server? Thank you.

  Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address. <[EMAIL='ann.chow@iteksolutions.ca">emailaddress[/EMAIL]>: Remote host said: 553 Relaying is not supported [RCPT_TO] Sender is getting the bounce back email. And yes, I have root access.

  Please post the entry from /var/log/exim_mainlog for this particular message. You can obtain that with a command such as:
  exigrep remote-address@domain /var/log/exim_mainlog
