Cant login cPanel or WHM all of a sudden

It says I dont have a licence - Removed - but when I used that provided link it says I do have a licence. - Removed - Whats the problem? it used to work and now all of a sudden stopped

  Hello, Did you follow the instructions on page? What happen when you run (as root) the command:
  /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt
  ?

  I did follow everything as far as I can tell... and it was working perfectly and just all of a sudden stopped I did all of the bottom steps except installing DNSONLY since I dont have a dedicated server, only a regular VPS one. To
