What are people using these days to combat the massive amount of spam coming into email? It seems to me like SpamAssassin has lost it's effectiveness. Tons of messages that are clearly spam seem to be getting through SpamAssassin with negative scores. Is there another product webhosts are using? Are their any viable 3rd party services where you offload mail to another provider that does a deeper spam scan that people are using?
