Enable DNS cluster

Is there an API call for (re)enabling a DNS cluster server? Had a DNS server that was down and all of the connected WHM/cPanel servers have it flagged as "Disabled due to connection failures." Will it automatically re-enable? Or do I need to re-enable it on all servers? Please tell me I don't have to log into each WHM for each server and re-enable it.

  Hello, Cluster configuration data is stored in the following directory:
  /var/cpanel/cluster/root/config/
  Is it possible the access hashes changed or servers were blocked by a firewall rule? Thank you.

  Looks like they were re-enabled automatically. One of the DNS servers was down for about 6 hours. This caused all of the connecting cPanel/WHM servers to flag that DNS server as "Disabled due to connection failures." I wasn't sure if it would keep retrying to open communications with the DNS server or not. Apparently it did.
