Account level filtering does not work.

Hi bro, I tried the help from my hosting providers but fail. My deadline is coming so I'm here to ask for the solution. I appreciate all the help <3, before asking here, I tried many times to deal with Account level filtering and search for this feature but I cannot found anything so I post here my problem: I want to prevent my user from sending email outside. I just allow my test@mydomain.com sends email to my two specified domains like mydomain.com and myseconddomain.com. I've tried this: From equals test@mydomain.com and Any recipients does not contains mydomain.com Action: Discard the message But fail. Please help me. I'm working with Cpanel X (X3).   Hello, Account Level Filtering works for incoming mails only. This interface allows you to configure how your server filters all of the email that your domains' email accounts receive. These filters do not work for outgoing emails. I would suggest you to create a ACL and block the users from sending emails in exim.

  Thank you very much for your help, 24x7ss! I don't know what happens with my hosting provider because they ask me test the rule they create with account level filtering all the time. You're my savior! I will search how to create a ACL and block the users from sending emails in exim and in case I cannot find out, please help me! Again, thanks and have a nice day!

  Do you want to block him from sending completely as alterntively you could configure a hourly restriction.

  Hello :) You won't be able to implement custom Exim rules without root access to the server. You could contact your hosting provider and ask them to setup such a rule. Thank you.
