    Just a quick update. It seems that my theory may be correct. The email which was sent by the customer at 09:13 eventually landed in the users inbox at 11:30 after being deffered at least 3 or 4 times.

    Hello :) One workaround to this issue would be to search out the range of IP addresses used by BTConnect for SMTP and add those IP ranges to the Greylisting trusted hosts list. Thank you.
