    Are you sending from a client software (ie. Microsoft Outlook) or did you try from the browser? It is possible the client software is not configured properly. Also, did DKIM and SPF pass when checked? You can tell from the Authentication page in the Email section of the cPanel account.

    Hello, Can you please update here your exim logs of that massages ID which is not getting delivered to all recipients. We will check that logs and will try to assist you on this.

    Does your server have RDNS configured. Usually done from the data center

    Hello :) You mentioned the message never leaves the server. Could you search the message in /var/log/exim_mainlog and let us know the output? EX:
    exigrep user@domain /var/log/exim_mainlog

    Hello, I have checked all above and I found that in exim logs when the message was sent to gmail, hotmail etc it was sent ok. But in .com, .eu e.t.c. was not sent at all. It seemed like remain on the server. What I did was to wait for 24 hours more for the dns to complete and run also the fixperms. Now everything is ok. Thanks for the help of all of you.
