Bounce Back 550 Denied by policy

Getting below bounce back, kindly let me know the reason.

  That doesn't give any useful information. What does this give you:
  # exigrep 1ZjRw5-001Jra-3v /var/log/exim_mainlog
  *Edit - Sorry ignore that, I didn't notice the scroll bar to see the actual error :) 550 Denied by policy This could mean many reasons why its being blocked, could be something spam like in your email, could be your server not being configured properly to be able to send out mail, your server could be black listed. It could be a filter they have setup on their end that is triggering it. Are you able to email them using a different email like a gmail for example.

  Have a look on MXToolbox and see if your email server is blacklisted
