Apache 2.4.17 (via EasyApache 3.32.3) breaks URL rewrites
Please note that there is a conflict in Apache 2.4.17 when the server is using Phusion Passenger. Currently, all my server's Rails applications are broken. For more information, see:

Instead of pulling 2.4.17, why not leave it as an option with a prominent warning? I'm already at 2.4.17 (upgraded before it was pulled) and experiencing no problems but would like the option to recompile it in EasyApache with http/2 support. 0 -

Hi Amin! Unfortunately 2.4.17 broke a *lot* of sites. There was no option other than pulling it unfortunately. I've been in close contact with httpd developers, and it looks like they are still on track to release 2.4.18 here in a couple of weeks, which will have the REDIRECT_URL changes reverted, and some other http2 fixes. We'll be getting 2.4.18 released as soon as it comes out. Thanks for your patience!0 -
I'm so much looking forward to http/2 ! 0 -
Did cPanel's edition of Apache 2.4.17 include http/2 support? 0 -

We don't customize Apache very much, so there's really no 'cPanel Edition' of Apache. We simply take upstreams Apache and patch it a couple of times. HTTP2 support was added by the Apache developers in 2.4.17, which we released in the update we had to revert. EasyApache 3 doesn't do anything with the http2 protocol, so any customizations you wanted to make with http2 would have to be done manually. I hope this helps!0 -
