unable to send host lookup failed

Any ideas why this would be happening. 'R=dkim_lookuphost defer (-1): host lookup did not complete' I assume my server cannot resolve the recipient server, any way to quickly fix this. I disabled CSF, so i know it's not a firewall issue. Any other email recipient, i wouldn't panic, but this one is really important. Update: I called the customer to ask if he was aware of any issues, and whilst he was not aware of any issues at his end, he did say 'come to think of it, it has been quiet' So he is currently investigating from his end. Now Confirmed the problem is at his end.

  Hello :), It seems that there is an issues with your /etc/resolv.conf. Please check that and try to update correct resolver of your server.
