    I think i already solved it, checked with intodns.com no above message again: - WHM > Exim Configuration Manager > Send mail from account"s dedicated IP address: to On - then contact ISP request rdns the dedicated ip to mail.clientdomain1.com is this 2 steps already correct & enough guys? hope will help others that need this information

    @Michael, I have a question, Without creating RDNS from IP provider end (such as ISP, Datacenter, etc..,) will work ? Because till now I used to create RDNS for our client in our server (We have own IP pools).
