EA4 - MultPHP INI editor

Is the MultiPHP INI Editor suppose to be controlled by some feature set? When I remove MultiPHP from the feature set, the MultiPHP Manager icon goes away, but the MultiPHP INI Editor remains. According to the dynamicui.conf in paper_lantern, there should be an option for multiphp_ini_editor but that option is missing in the Feature Manager in the WHM.
