Whitelist/ blacklist
Hello Admin,
I need some help and I have questions for you.
1. How to add ip address of the sender be whitelisted/blacklisted in the cpanel?
2. How can we add more domains to whitelisted/blacklisted here 2015-11-19_1327 - arcmon08's library ?
Looking forward to hear from anyone whos online right now thanks!

Hello :) 1. Is this in-relation to SpamAssassin or Exim in general? 2. Additional fields appear when opening the SpamAssassin page in cPanel after the first five are utilized. You have to save the initial entries, and go back to the page again to add more. Thank you. 0 -
Hi Michael, Thanks for a quick response for Q2. 1. Is this in-relation to SpamAssassin or Exim in general? im not sure what you mean. -For example if im not receiving emails from you, can I add your ip address of your domain to whitelist it? If yes where can this be added? 0 -
There are no options in cPanel to whitelist an IP address. You will need to use the options under the "Access Lists" tab via the following option in Web Host Manager: "WHM Home >> Service Configuration >> Exim Configuration Manager" Thank you. 0 -
Archie. The whitelist screen shot you sent is related to SpamAssasin, this will allow you whitelist a domain '@something.com' to save it from being marked as spam. If you need to blacklist someone, then CSF would allow you to blacklist the IP address, and there is also a modification on exim which would allow you to block a domain (for instance if an email is spoofed and coming from hundreds of different IP's) Search the forum for exim_blacklist. 0 -
