I suspect that your outlook 2010 is configured as IMAP. Roundcube is looking directly at what's on the server, so any deletions or moved emails will be reflected across all other methods of access. If possible, you'll need to configure outlook 2010 as pop, and adjust the setting to leave a copy on the server. Outlook 2010 will then download a copy, leaving a copy on the server. If you delete the copy with roundcube, there should still be a copy on outlook 2010, provided of course that you access your emails via outlook first. If you access via roundcube and delete an email, it will never appear on your outlook.

Hello :) Yes, as mentioned, it's likely you have configured the email account in Outlook with IMAP. Switch to POP3 per the instructions in the previous post to avoid the email synchronization between your email clients and webmail clients. Thank you.
