Installing SSL Certificate

Hi guys. I'm having an issue installing a newly renewed certificate. It seems the option to "Install" is gone on the control panel. Any clue as to why this suddenly happened?

  I have also tried installing the certificate on the main CPanel server via "Install and SSL Certificate on a Domain", it says it's successful, but the certificate still didn't install. I went back the domains control panel and the "Install" option is still not there.

  Hello :) Your access level is listed as "Reseller Owner". Could you report this issue to your web hosting provider so they can review /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log and determine why the SSL certificate installation reported success but failed? Thank you.
