Hello :) The following guide explains how to configure the cluster: Guide to DNS Cluster Configurations - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation You only need one IP address per server, so you could configure ns1.domain.com on one DNS-Only server and ns2.domain.com on the other DNS-Only server. It's acceptable for the hostname to match the name server name. Thank you.

I had read the guide but it doesn't provide me much info on how to properly configure the DNS Cluster. In the configuration page it require me to setup 2 NS for each server. So if I configure: 1x CPanel DNSONLY 1.1.1.1 = NS1.MYDOMAIN.COM 1x Cpanel DNSONLY 2.2.2.2 = NS2.MYDOMAIN.COM What name server do I put in the main cPanel server? Thanks

The idea behind a DNS cluster is that you typically use the same name servers for all servers in the cluster. This way, if the zone loads from another server in the cluster, the entries remain the same. Thus, configure the hostnames like this: cPanel server - host.domain.com DNS-Only server1 - ns1.domain.com DNS-Only server2 - ns2.domain.com Use NS1/NS2.domain.com when entering your name server names in Web Host Manager. Thank you.

Ok.. means we can use host name ns1/ns2.domain.com as nameservers in mail cpanel server and connect ns1/Ns2 server using cluster right?

RitikBarnwal - the DNSOnly systems themselves would be the nameservers.  They would each need a unique name.

Can you be more specific about what isn't working?  Are you not seeing the zones moved over the nameservers?  Are DNS queries not responding properly?  We need specific details about what isn't working before we'll be able to provide assistance.
