deleted table by accident

I foolishly deleted a database table by not watching what I was doing. I have a mirror of the database, but it's a few weeks old, so I copied the table across and got the DBS back up and running. I do have a full sql backup taken recently, but I only require the one table out of it. Any ideas how i would do this ?

  I can't seem to upload this sql file, zipped or not. php.ini has been increased to 200M and 300 sceonds, but I still receive timouts with the unzipped file, and nothing with the zipped. The zipped file appears to work, the screen refreshes, but the database isn't there.

  When I got home, I downloaded WAMPServer, opened the SQL file on my PC and imported just the one table back in to the database. Maybe WAMpserver might not be a bad idea at work.
