How to block nonsense mail from entering inbox

Hi All, My company had been a target of ransomware, mail asking for payment with a attachment on it, open it and become rocky file. Those ransomware mail when to inbox and not junk mail, even hotmail and google mail are used by those hacker. I need to manually blacklist these mail in cpanel and it have been going for almost a week, check with you guy is that anyway to stop all this mail from entering inbox. Thanks alot!

  You might try using email filters (How to Configure Mail Filters - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation).

  Find a common phrase in the email, and create an account level filter in the users cpanel. This should stop them for the whole domain. Or if you just want to protect a single email address, then user level filtering.
