    Yes I contacted them already, yet still they said this is not a on place SPAM protection, alto it can be setup for MailScanner interface.

    Hello :), I will suggest you please try to enable RBL's option in the WHM >> Exim Configuration Editor and also enable "Reject SPF failures" on your server. Also, Please have look : 3 cPanel & WHM Add-ons For Fighting Spam Email | cPanel Blog

    I have 3 RBL's but spam still gets through. I had reject SPF failures configured, however this was rejecting some legitimate email, so I had to disable this. I guess not every mail server in the world has SPF configured.
