    Configure your cell email clients to leave a copy on the server. Each cell should then get a copy of the email when you connect. Then i'd configure my PC to remove the copy when downloaded.

    or use IMAP and not POP, then your mail will be exactly in sync on as many devices as you want.

    Just one thing i'd be aware of with IMap though. I use IMAP at work, If I delete an email, it will be deleted across all devices, where as POP will only be deleted on the device you deleted it from.
