connection timeout
We have a third party app that sends customer invoices via smtp through or dedicated server.
Quite often, this software fails with an error.
"Error: -2147220974: The transport lost its connection to the server. ; Module / Form: Print; Function / Sub: SendCDOMail"
I guess this error means nothing to anyone on here, and I have the developers looking in to this to see if they can ascertain what's happening.
I guess really, I ought to ask on here if there's any sort of timeout on the server which could cause this.
MSOutlook clients don't seem to have any issue when this 3rd party app falls over.
