IP6 blocked in CSF ?

I've a home user who cannot gain access. She did have an email password issue, which I resolved when she was in the office, so I assume that her home IP is now blocked in CSF. I asked her to go to whatismyip and tell me her IP address, but she sent me an IP6 address. I've asked her to confirm whether or not she saw an IP4 address, so while i'm waiting, I wondered if anyone had a take on this ?

  Is cPHulk enabled? I think I'd check there.

  I do have CPHulk enabled, but i see nothing related in there.

  Is your server IPV6 enabled? if not What's My IP will give the ipv4 & the ipv6 address
